Simulate it
before you pay for it.

A second machine, a different order of work, one more shift: an AI agent tries each a thousand ways and tells you what each one costs to run, and whether the difference holds.

fig. 1 · this is running live, not a video. Cars queue, each station takes one at a time, and the paint shop loses time every time it switches colour.

12.6sper simulated year of a published 1,043-tool semiconductor plant, on one core of an ordinary laptop

01 · the problem

An AI agent is only as good as
what it can check.

an instant check

  • Did the software build?
  • Did the vision system flag the batch?
  • Did the NC program post without a collision?

Something answers back immediately, so a wrong attempt is caught and corrected. This is where AI agents are genuinely good, and why you already use them.

no instant check

  • Should we buy another machine?
  • Should we group similar jobs together, or take them as they come? the one below ↓
  • Should we hold more stock, or move a buffer?

Nothing tells the agent it got this wrong, so it can only guess. A guess arrives in the same confident sentences as an answer and reads exactly like one.

clockwright gives your AI agent
something to check against.

02 · see it work

Watch the product in action.

The example is a paint shop because colour changes are easy to see. Substitute your own changeover, a tool change, a material change, a setup, and the mechanism is identical.

Two paint shops. The same cars. A different order.

Both shops get the same cars, at the same moments. The only difference is which one they paint next.

Both shops are level.

When the run finishes, the measured answer appears here, with the margin either side of it, so you can see how sure it is.

03 · the flow

Six steps. You are in two of them.

  1. 01Collect what you already haveyou
  2. 02Write the model from itthe AI agent · minutes
  3. 03Check it reproduces last yearthe AI agent · minutes
  4. 04Ask the questionyou
  5. 05Run every version of itthe engine · overnight
  6. 06Read the answer back, in plain wordsthe AI agent · seconds

You appear twice, and never beside the logic. Nobody on your side writes a simulation, maintains one, or is asked to prove one correct.

04 · what this is not

Four times we would tell you
not to bother.

“I need to tell a customer exactly when their order ships.”

We rank options; we do not forecast dates. A model good enough to say B beats A by 12% is not good enough to put a date in a contract.

“Nothing in my process ever waits for anything else.”

Then arithmetic already answers you. Add up the work, divide by the hours, and you are done. This earns its keep only where things queue.

“I need the best plan for next week.”

That is scheduling, and your scheduler is better at it than we will ever be. This answers a different question: which plant to point it at next year.

“I need a settled product, with support and references.”

Not yet, and we would rather say so now. We are looking for partners who want to shape it, which is a different appetite entirely.

05 · the pilot

One decision, about
seven to eight weeks.

you bring

A decision and a year of data

A question you face in the next few months, about a year of exports, and a domain expert for one or two hours a week.

you get

The answer in money

A readable model that is yours, and the options compared by what they cost to run, with whether the difference holds.

where it runs

Your machines, your building

The engine runs on your machines and sends us nothing. With a locally running AI model, the data never leaves the building at all.
